Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. High volume of orders or custom design requests may result in a slight delay. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers<\/b><\/h2>\n

We proudly ship to all 50 states within the <\/span>United States<\/b>. To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with trusted domestic and international carriers, with final delivery in the US typically handled by <\/span>USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Rates<\/b><\/h2>\n

    4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking<\/b><\/h2>\n

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within <\/span>48 hours<\/b>. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s official tracking portal.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Matizcase is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages<\/b><\/h2>\n

      • Damaged in Transit:<\/b> Matizcase is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Stolen Packages:<\/b> If the tracking information confirms that the item has been <\/span>“Delivered”<\/b> to your order address but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier for investigation. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes<\/b><\/h2>\n

        For US customers, most of our standard accessory packages do not incur additional customs fees. However, Matizcase is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n
